Eminem has 22.6 million followers on Twitter but only 751 tweets from his account, most of which are just promoting his music. But this past week, Slim Shady wanted to make it clear he’s now in control of his own profile. In a video clip he shared on Instagram, Em is seen sitting on a couch with a phone in his hand. Paul Rosenberg walks in and asks, “What are you doing?” Em replies, “I’m on Twitter. I’m taking control of my own Twitter now.” Eminem followed up with a tweet as promised. He wrote, “Everyone thinks i don’t write my own tweets but i wrote this one.” The Instagram video has nearly 2 million views in less than 24 hours and his tweet has been liked more than 200,000 times.
