Keith Major/Atlantic RecordsEarlier this month, K. Michelle ended her ongoing feud with her former friend, Elle Varner, and showed support to Keyshia Cole, who many believed disliked Michelle. Now, the diva is looking to end her long standing beef with Tamar Braxton.
During an interview with Necole Bitchie, the singer made it clear that she hopes to resolve their issues. “I don’t want to fight with her. I bought her album. I even reached out,” Michelle says. “[Tamar], for some reason, wants to fight with me. I don’t want to fight with her, honestly. I really just want us to sing. We come from reality. It’s already hard enough for us as it is.”
Michelle adds that their Twitter spats have gone on for too long. “Let’s just stop! And I’m saying it here: I don’t hate you. I just really want you to leave me alone,” she says before suggesting: “Can we just sing? It’s a new year. New album’s coming out. Let’s just sing.”
Although Tamar has yet to respond, Michelle is hoping that the two can finally put the past behind them. “We can have a sing-off. Like, that’s fun. Let’s get on stage and have a good time,” she concludes.
