Report: Keyshia Cole's Accuser Files for Restraining Order After Alleged Assault

Image Courtesy Interscope RecordsKeyshia Cole was arrested last month after allegedly assaulting a woman at a party at the home of Cole’s rumored boyfriend, Cash Money CEO Birdman. Now, the woman, Sabrina Mercadel, has been granted a restraining order against Cole.

In documents obtained by TMZ, Mercadel, described by TMZ as a long time Cash Money employee, claims she was punched, scratched and her hair was pulled during the altercation that occurred at Birdman’s penthouse in West Los Angeles. In addition to claiming to have sustained back and neck injuries, Mercadel claims that Cole damaged one of her fingers to the point where it does not function.

According to the gossip site, Mercadel was granted a restraining order and now Keyshia has to stay 100 yards away.

Cole was arrested for battery and released on bail, according to TMZ. She hasn’t released an official response to the incident.
