Eric McCandless/CBSIt was only a matter of time until someone remade Beyonce’s video for “7/11,” and the impersonators came in the form of shirtless men.
In the viral video shared via YouTube, a group of guys recreated Queen Bey’s house party. Complete with red cups and hairdryers, her male fans even came up with a clever way to incorporate kale into their dance routine, a nod to the kale sweatshirt that Bey wears in the original visual.
“We don’t take ourselves too seriously, the video sort of just happened,” one of the dancers, Matthew Barelato, tells BuzzFeed. He says that after driving upstate for Thanksgiving, he and his friends got snowed in decided to pay homage to the singer.
The YouTube description of the vid reads: “No kale was harmed in the filming of this video, and no, we did not drop that alcohol.”
