Eric McCandless/CBSBeyonce is now the most Grammy-nominated female artist of all time, following the 2015 Grammy nominations announcement on Friday.
According to Billboard, the Queen Bey has earned 52 nominations total, including five nominations through midday Friday for her self-titled “visual” album. So far, the singer is up for Best R&B Performance, Best R&B Song, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best Surround Sound Album and Best Music Film.
Beyonce has officially passed Dolly Parton, with whom she was previously tied at 46 nominations each. Of those nods, Beyonce has won 17 so far while Parton has only accepted 7 trophies.
During this year’s ceremony, Beyonce could potentially catch up to other artist with more Grammy Awards to their credit, like Stevie Wonder, who has 22 wins, and Kanye West, who follows with 21 wins.
