The singer announced the news via Instagram, along with a photo of what appear to be lyrics for her next offering.
“I loved you in the day, and I loved you in the worse kinda rain #LYRICS *The process has begun,” she wrote in the caption, adding the hashtag: “#AnAlbumEveryYear.”
Fans quickly rejoiced in the comments section. One wrote, “That just Made me Happy,” while another chimed: “You are here and they can never take away your gift!”
The untitled project will be the follow-up to her sophomore album, Anybody Wanna Buy a Heart?
