Solange is making great strides with work her next album.
The singer shared via Instagram that she’s currently finishing up her first project since since 2008’s Solo-Angel & The Hadley St. Dreams.
“I promise y’all I been working hard on my cd. Almost freaking done,” she wrote in the caption, along with a photo of a CD covered with a picture of her Met Gala ensemble.
The news comes on the heels of her joining the line-up for the FYF Fest, which will be headlined by Frank Ocean in Los Angeles this summer. “Been laying low on the performance tip until new music is done/out…. buuuuttt an exception for FYF fest! Gonna be fun!” she wrote.
