After dominating the charts with smash singles, platinum albums and Grammys, next year will see LL Cool J and Bruno Mars receiving one of the few fame milestones they have yet to be honored with: stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The entertainers will be inducted into the Walk of Fame in the “Recording” category in 2016, along with pop singer Adam Levine, the legendary Cyndi Lauper, violinist Itzhak Perlman and the late Mama Cass Elliot of the ’60s pop group The Mamas and the Papas.
Other stars who’ll receive, well, stars next year are Michael Keaton, Roma Downey, David Duchovny, Rob Lowe, Bradley Cooper, Steve Carell, Debra Messing and Gary Sinise.
All the stars were chosen from “among hundreds of nominations” by the Walk of Fame Selection Committee of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. You’ll be able to watch the ceremonies streaming live at www.walkoffame.com.
