Chris Brown has released the first offering from his upcoming, seventh album, due out in the fall.
A rep for Brown tells Billboard that his new song “Liquor” will be featured on the yet-to-be-titled project, which will mark the follow-up to 2014’s X.
Over a synth-beat, the singer has liquid courage to tell a lucky lady what he wants to do with her. “There’s something in this liquor/ Air is getting thicker/ All I want is you,” he sings on the track, posted on YouTube. “All I want to do is drink and f**k.”
Perhaps, we’ll see the singer performing the new single when he takes the stage at the 2015 BET Awards on Sunday, June 28 — he’s tied with Nicki Minaj for six nominations each.
