Courtesy of WE tvTamar Braxton may have lost her television host gig on the The Real, but she can find solace in her “Tuscany-inspired” 8-bedroom, 11-bathroom Calabasas estate, complete with an opulent champagne bar.
In the new July 25 issue of PEOPLE magazine, the 39-year-old R&B singer shows off her luxurious digs, and says she wanted a home that would “be big enough to fit her entire family,” which includes her husband Vince Herbert and 3-year-old son Logan. Braxton also hoped for a “cozy” feel for her abode.
“I’m a down-home girl. I’m all about family,” says Braxton.
Braxton also notes that many decorative pieces inside of her home were not expensive. “My ‘Champagne’ sign came from Home Goods for $99!,” says Braxton. “It’s not about the price, it’s not about where you get it, it’s just about what works for you.”
