Beyonce‘s loyal fandom is reportedly under scrutiny from the Los Angeles Police Department after someone allegedly hacked into fashion designer Rachel Roy‘s social media, Gmail and iCloud accounts, says TMZ. The gossip site claims Roy called the LAPD earlier this year to report the hacking, and a change to her cell phone number that occurred after an Instagram post she made, beginning with the words, “Good hair don’t care.”
You’ll probably remember Roy became an object of ridicule last April for Beyonce’s fans after the singer’s Lemonade visual album dropped. Bey’s break-up song, “Sorry,” which alludes to an affair her hubby Jay Z had, features the lyrics “Becky with the good hair,” giving fans a reason to believe that Roy was the mysterious Becky. Soon, Bey’s fans quickly posted bee emojis and memes on Roy’s Instagram page in support of their queen.
TMZ reports the LAPD has gotten a search warrant and will look into phone and email records for any further clues into Roy’s hacking scandal.
