Steve Erle/Atlantic RecordsR&B vocalist Sevyn Streeter has finally announced her highly-anticipated debut album, Girl Interrupted, which will be released in early 2017. However, the album’s first single, “Prolly,” was just released today.
The track, which features rapper Gucci Mane, is an ode to many of the singer’s indiscretions that she “prolly” did during what sounds to have been one wild night out on the town.
“Did I go too far tonight, iono, prolly. Did I almost start a fight, iono, prolly. Did I spend too much tonight, I dunno, prolly,” she sings.
The music video for “Prolly” will premiere Monday, marking the first visual in Streeter’s Girl Interrupted video series. Each month leading up to her debut album’s release, the singer will introduce a video to go along with the launch of each new single.
