The trio also has announced their new album, Three Stripes, set for release on January 27. The group’s last album, BBD, was released in 2001.
The release of “Run” and the single’s video marks the beginning of a massive comeback campaign for the group, who talked to ABC Radio on the MTV Video Music Awards red carpet about their upcoming tour and upcoming BET miniseries about the group from which they spun off — New Edition.
“We’re going on tour this fall. We have the New Edition movie coming out in 2017….,” said Big Ron DeVoe.
“Yes, January 24th, ladies and gentlemen, three nights in a row,” added Ricky Bell about the miniseries.
Bell Biv Devoe’s three-night fall tour begins September 16 at the Mobile Civic Center Arena in Mobile, Alabama.
