Chris Brown Reportedly Under Investigation by Child Services

ABC/Randy HolmesChris Brown‘s legal woes just keep piling up.

The singer reportedly received a visit from police and child services Thursday, as part of the investigation into the alleged gun incident at his house earlier this month, according to TMZ.

Law enforcement sources tell the gossip website that the Department of Children & Family Services went to Brown’s house to check on his two-year-old daughter Royalty, who is reportedly staying there. The DCFS investigator was accompanied by LAPD officers.

Chris allegedly refused to speak with investigators. or let LAPD or the DCFS rep enter his security gate.

Sources tell TMZ they believe Royalty’s mother, Nia Guzman, filed a complaint against Brown after Baylee Curran claimed he threatened her with a firearm.

Chris was booked for assault with a deadly weapon, but the D.A. has yet to file any charges against him.

On Friday, the artist responded in a now-deleted Instagram video, refuting current accusations of child neglect.

“I take care of my daughter fully,” Chris expressed, reports People. “Somebody make an accusation, 90 percent of y’all believe it, and it’s b*******. The last three weeks or whatever been going on with the accusations, you know it’s false,” he added.
