“I’m not telling you to love what I love. I’m asking you to take time to know what it is you love and are in love with,” Emeli declares in a spoken-word verse at the start of the song.
The meditative single features vocals from hip-hop recording artist Jay Electronica and up-and-coming vocalist Áine Zion.
“Garden” will appear on Sande’s forthcoming studio album, Long Live the Angels, set for a November 11 release.
