ABC/Image Group LAThe upcoming Women’s March on Washington event has the support of the one and only Beyoncé.
The global superstar wrote a passionate Facebook message on Wednesday, stating, “Together with Chime for Change, we raise our voices as mothers, as artists, and as activists. As #GlobalCitizens, we can make our voices heard and turn awareness into meaningful action and positive chance. #WomensMarch.”
It’s unknown if Bey will solely appear or perform at the march, however Janelle Monáe, Maxwell, MC Lyte and Angelique Kidjo, among a handful of other artists, are scheduled to do so in Washington, D.C. on January 21 President-elect Donald Trump‘s inauguration weekend.
