Derek BlanksK. Michelle is dropping all kinds of surprising news lately. She has a new single out now, called “Either Way,” featuring Chris Brown, and she recently revealed on Twitter that she’s having twins via surrogate following a lupus scare.
On Thursday she wrote, “So my docs told me I had lupus. I was devastated for 2 weeks.”
“Then the fertility doctor told me that I couldn’t carry twins full terms…my body was tired, my mind was just beat down. My results from the doctor came again as dormant or negative. So I feel [sic] 2 my knees to praise.”
“Then a call from my obgyn saying that if I have twins they would not be full term because of my size and health. Literally I was so broken,” she continued.
“2 weeks of what felt like my world was crumbling. 2 day we got a call they THEY REALLY FOUND THE PERFECT SURROGATE for us.”
“My hands were shaking,” she adds. “I’m about to watch the most beautiful process and that’s bringing two HEALTHY little girls in the world. That’s all that matter 2 me. God works.”
K. Michelle also confirmed to fans that she received both a positive and a negative lupus test and that she’s due for another panel of blood work in two months. However, she’s “focused and so happy” about her “family getting larger.”
