Variety reports that the singer flipped a Spanish-modern villa in “less than three months” for a price tag of $2.85 million.
She purchased the home for $2.75 million.
Located in West Hollywood, California, the 2,651-square-foot estate includes four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, two guest bedrooms, swimming pool, guesthouse and a gravel courtyard garden.
In other news, according to Variety, the downtown Manhattan duplex penthouse that Rihanna’s been renting is now up for sale for a whopping $16.95 million.
The 4,600-square-foot rental has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, an elevator, chef’s kitchen, powder room and double-sided fireplace, among other features.
