Hip Hop Invades The 2017 AMAs: DJ Khaled, Kendrick Lamar And Drake Among Winners

On Sunday 11/19, Kendrick Lamar won big when his DAMN project took home the trophy for Favorite Hip-Hop Album at the 2017 American Music Awards. Other winners included Drake for Favorite Artist Rap/Hip-Hop, DJ Khaled’s “I’m The One” won Favorite Song Rap/Hip-Hop, and Beyoncé won for Favorite Female Artist Soul/R&B.
