Rapper Cassidy was arrested on Sunday afternoon in Jersey City for marijuana possession. Law enforcement say they caught the Philly emcee with marijuana in clear view on the dash board. Cassidy was booked possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The officers also discovered that Cassidy had an outstanding warrant in a different county for the same offense, so he now has two court dates pending.
