ABC/Randy HolmesFans have anticipated the release of Tinashe‘s sophomore album for several years now.
And it seems that the disc, titled Joyride, might finally arrive in the new year.
Tuesday, the singer posted a cryptic message on Instagram, featuring a picture of herself in front of a laptop and seated next to what looks like a recording mic and a pair of headphones.
The caption reads, “…almost time” with an hourglass emoji.
Tinashe released new songs within the year: “Joyride,” “Superlove,” “Company” and “Flame.”
As previously reported, she told British GQ Style back in February that she was in the studio working hard on Joyride “every. Day. All. Month.”
Her debut album, Aquarius, came out in 2014 and she debuted a surprise mixtape titled Nightride last year.
