The Atlanta trio Migos decided to take the anthem-crafting into their own hands with the “Culture National Anthem,” a song from Culture II. The album is coming coming next week, and Quavo posted a preview of the song yesterday. You can hear Quavo’s hard work at play on the murky, autotuned track. Given that the clip was presented with archival footage of Martin Luther King and the Civil Rights movement, the song will likely explore Migos’ place as young Black people in America.
