Migos’ Quavo Accused Of Assault And Robbery At Grammys Afterparty

The Migos MC Quavo is being accused of assaulting and stealing from a renowned jeweler known as Eric the Jeweler at a Grammy after-party on Monday, January 29. Law enforcement officials say that a verbal dispute over an alleged debt to Eric turned violent. The jeweler claims Quavo and another man (not a member of the Migos,) attacked him, leaving him with minor injuries to the face. Eric The Jeweler says he realized his $30,000 chain was missing after he fled the club. Now the NYPD has reportedly launched an investigation over the accusations, and they’re looking to examine surveillance footage from 1OAK and interview each member of the Migos, as well as their manager. Quavo has been accused of previous altercations; last October, Quavo and Offset were involved in a New York street brawl, and in February of last year the group reportedly beat up Sean Kingston.
