Wednesday, Bobby Brown posted an Instagram photo of himself with Ronnie DeVoe, Michael Bivins, and Ricky Bell in an effort to promote their upcoming tour as a supposed foursome called RBRM.
In the caption, Bobby writes, “Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky & Mike! #RBRM May 18th in Atlanta, June 16th in Detroit, September [world emoiji] tour! Come holla at your boys….#BostonBred.”
As of now, there’s no official word on the whereabouts of members Ralph Tresvant and Johnny Gill.
However, entertainment website Rhymes with Snitch noted in March that both Ralph and Johnny’s names were visibly absent from a concert promoter’s Instagram message posted that month, which teased RBRM’s upcoming tour.
Ralph and Johnny were present with the rest of their group to both perform and accept the prestigious Lifetime Achievement award at last year’s BET Awards.
New Edition experienced a resurgence in popularity last year, thanks to the release of their highly successful BET biopic miniseries, The New Edition Story.
