Beyoncé is officially the new owner of a 7,500 square foot stone structured church in New Orleans. The church is said to be over 100 years old and was listed for $850,000. According to reports, Bey’s sister, Solange, lives in close proximity to the church. The church, which was built in the early 1900s, has not been active as a place of worship for believers due to members of the congregation reaching age and passing away. This New Orleans site is destined to become a tourist spot for those who are fans of the superstar from all over the world. No word about whether Beyoncé will actually turn the church into her own, or flip the property into something else.
