Quavo Officially Announces His “Quavo Huncho” Solo Album Will Be Released This Month

Earlier this month, rapper Quavo kicked off the Migos’s joint tour with Drake by dropping three solo singles: “WORKINME,” “BUBBLEGUM,” and “LAMBTALK.”  Now Quavo has confirmed that his debut solo project, “Quavo Huncho” is set to drop this September. He didn’t specify if it was mixtape, EP, or full album, however. Quavo will be the first Migos member to drop a full solo project, although each of the three rappers have worked on their own material in the past. Offset linked up with 21 Savage and Metro Boomin for the joint album Without Warning last year, while Quavo had his own joint project Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho with Travis Scott. Takeoff has yet to release a full project outside of Migos, but he has laid down some guest features solo and is rumored to have a project with Lil Yachty in the works. Migos followed up their much-lauded 2017 sophomore album CULTURE with its sequel CULTURE II in February, containing such hits as “Stir Fry” and “Motorsport” featuring Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.
