The official trailer for the highly anticipated action-drama Queen & Slim — executive-produced by LenaWaithe — has arrived.
The film — marking the feature debut of acclaimed music video director Melina Matsoukas — stars Daniel Kaluuya and Jodie Turner-Smith as a new couple who go on the run after a minor traffic infraction turns deadly.
“All we can do is go forward — there is nothing back there for us,” says Turner-Smith in the new trailer. “Let’s just keep going.”
The film also stars Chloe Sevigny, Indya Moore, Bokeem Woodbine and Jahi Winston.
Queen & Slim hits theaters on November 27.
