After paying roughly $2000 for two billboards near Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, the woman behind the attention-getting signage can officially say her hard work has paid off.

According to the AJC, Racquel Bailey has landed a recurring role in Perry’s upcoming BET series Sistas.

“I have been dreaming of this since I was a little girl,” Racquel said in a statement to the publication. “I feel like my dreams are coming true. And it’s because I believed.”

Perry’s new series follows a diverse set of black woman who bond over the fact they’re all single. According to the report, the women will bond over “their complicated love lives, careers and friendships” while dealing with the world of “social media and unrealistic relationship goals.”

Although Bailey’s role has yet to be disclosed, KJ SmithEbony ObsidianMignon Von and Novi Brown have all been cast in the hour-long series, which is currently in production in Atlanta.

As previously reported, after Bailey’s billboard’s went viral, Perry responded to the actress in an Instagram post saying she didn’t need to put herself on a billboard to get his attention.

“This is not the way to get my attention if you’re looking for a role in one of my shows,” Perry wrote. “Please DON’T DO THIS, SAVE YOUR MONEY!! This is the third time that someone has done this. PLEASE STOP! To audition is FREE!!

Sistas is slated to premiere sometime in the fall on BET.
