“So excited to announce that Ashanti will be joining The Millennium Tour lineup!” Omarion announced on Instagram Thursday.
The “Rain On Me” singer joins the tour which, in addition to headliner Omarion, also features Bow Wow, Soulja Boy, Ying Yang Twins, Lloyd, Sammie and Pretty Ricky.
Omarion announced the lineup last week, which doesn’t include his group B2K, though they were featured on the first Millennium tour earlier this year. Social media blew up with comments that the omission is because Omarion wants to avoid drama with group member Lil’ Fizz, who’s dating his ex-fiancée, Apryl Jones, the mother of his two children.
The Millennium Tour kicks off February 29 in Louisville, Kentucky and runs through May 10 in Los Angeles. Cities include Philadelphia, Dallas, Atlanta, Chicago, Cleveland, and New York.
