The 15th annual BET Hip Hop Awards were held last night and during the ceremony artists including Lil Baby, City Girls, Burna Boy and Chris Martin performed, along with many more. Very few actual awards were presented during the broadcast, as most –including Best Hip Hop Video, Hip Hop Album of the Year, Hip Hop Artist of the Year, and more—were announced online.
Winners this year included Megan Thee Stallion, Beyoncé, Drake, Roddy Ricch, Future, Pop Smoke, and more. Snoop Dogg presented Master P this year’s I Am Hip Hop Award.
The show closed with a surprise appearance from Sen. Kamala Harris, the Democratic Vice-Presidential candidate.
