After losing a bidding war for their dream home last December, Jay Z and Beyonce reportedly have decided to rent in Los Angeles.
According to the New York Post’s Page Six, the couple has signed a one-year lease on a home in Holmby Hills, a neighborhood in western Los Angeles adjacent to both Beverly Hills and Bel Air. The 16,000-square foot house sits on a 1.32-acre lot and boasts seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms — it’s the same home the duo rented last year for a reported $200,000 per month.
The couple, who still own a home in New York City, have already enrolled their 3-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy, in an elite private school in Los Angeles, according to the paper.
