Jesse Williams is taking on an explosive new role this Sunday.
According to Entertainment Weekly, the Grey’s Anatomy star make will a guest appearance on Power as Kadeem, the ex-boyfriend of LaKeisha, played by La La Anthony, and the father to her young son, Cash.
In the upcoming episode, Kadeem will team up with Tommy, played by Joseph Sikora, as the pair mourns the loss of LaKeisha and work together to seek revenge after she was killed in her own home by her former bestie, Tasha, played by Naturi Naughton.
However, Williams will only appear on one episode.
Anthony told EW that LaKeisha’s death at the hands of Tasha made the most sense.
“I knew the way the story was playing out that Tommy actually loved LaKeisha in a different way, and there were such strong feelings and he finally felt like he found the one,” she said. “The only other logical person outside of maybe Ghost would be Tasha, and it goes back really to the demise of their entire friendship.”
Power returns Sunday, October 27 at 8 p.m. ET on Starz.
