According to a published report, Chris Brown has filed legal documents in Houston to establish paternity of his one-year-old daughter, Royalty.
According to TMZ, Brown has asked a court to establish paternity in an effort to challenge the child support and custody agreements with the child’s mother, Nia Guzman.
In addition, the singer wants a judge to establish custody guidelines and set a child support amount that aligns with what he’s currently paying, which is approximately $2,500 a month. Meanwhile, Guzman has hired a lawyer to demand $15,000 a month in child support.
The gossip site reports that Nia has been denying Chris the right to see their daughter.
