Brandy is not only starring in her own TV series Zoe Ever After, but she has finally delivered new music in the form of “Beggin & Pleadin.”
The bluesy track, produced by Pop & Oak, finds Brandy delivering powerful runs and rifts as she takes no mercy on former lover. “Told you walk out that door and you can keep your last name / Now I’m down on my knees, it’s a shame,” belts Brandy, who revealed the track is “based on a true story.”
It’s the first sign that Brandy is making progress on the follow-up to 2012’s Two Eleven.
