eOne Music GroupBeing a “bad boy for life” may have put Faith Evans in a bind.
The R&B singer is reportedly getting sued for taking part in the Bad Boy Family Reunion tour, starting this August, according to TMZ. Legal documents state that an individual named Jeremy Hill hired Evans to perform at the Wolf Creek Amphitheater in Atlanta, Georgia on September 10. However, Evans is scheduled to perform on stage with Puff Daddy, Lil Kim and the rest of her Bad Boy tour mates that same day in Miami, Florida.
Hill also noticed that the vocalist will be in Atlanta on September 8 during the tour, which presents another problem for both parties — Evans signed a contract for Hill which states that she “can’t perform within a 100 mile radius of his gig during the 6 months leading up to September 10.”
While the lawsuit mentions that Evans did tell Hill she was backing out of her Wolf Creek performance deal, Hill is suing Evans for $100,000 and restricting her from performing in Atlanta during the Bad Boy live event.
