Image Group LA/ABCElectronic music trio Major Lazer‘s latest track, “Run Up,” features vocals from none other than Nicki Minaj and PARTYNEXTDOOR.
PARTYNEXTDOOR reminds a certain someone that he will run up on her because of her intoxicating love, while Minaj brings designer clothes and news of a new album into the conversation.
“Left from the loft and went to Bergdorf/Most of these dudes is really quite soft/45 special/This is my cloth/Bout to drop an album/This is my fourth,” she says.
The Afrobeat-tinged single is the second from Major Lazer’s forthcoming album Music is the Weapon.
